I am a storyteller. Stories have helped me connect to others. I came from a family of storytelling. I found my way through hard times, pain and love with stories. They connect past, present and future. They ultimately connect you to yourself through humor, vulnerability, shifting perspectives and softening edges.

I write because we are connected. Because we care. Because we love. None of us are alone. We visit as we write and we visit as we read. We change time in authentic, slowed-down, thoughtful ways.
